Demaryius Thomas, who just completed a star-crossed rookie season, tore an Achilles' tendon during an offseason workout in Atlanta. He is expected to be out six to eight months, which means he could end up spending the first six weeks of the 2011 season on the Physically Unable to Perform list. This is nothing new for Thomas, who dealt with a number of injuries in 2010 (foot, head, ankle) but was healed and on the field for their final game, one of 10 he suited up for. Thomas had 22 catches for 283 yards and two touchdowns in those games.
