I think the Qb situation in Denver is a plus for the team. They have a proven Vet who can light it up, and a Young hard working winner, who seems to be able to motivate. This will allow the Broncos to concentrate on the D-line in the draft. The big bonus comes with a second second round pick fairly early in the round. This is a very key pick for the offensive side of the equation and allows the team to draft defense overall, but land an offensive contributor NOW. There will be great WR, RB, TE, and QB value waiting on this pick.

Back to Tebow.....................I think he's in a pretty good situation here, but I feel they split reps early in the year and go with the hot hand. As the year progresses, if Tebow handles his opps well, then they can turn it over to him.
