Broncos finally sign franchise kicker Matt Prater to a new deal

Prater kicked 4 "walk off" FG's last season and made 3 out of 4 FG's from over 50 yards. With Manning in town his numbers should go up this year. Details not yet out on his contract but it's expected he'll make $3M plus a season. Not bad money for a kicker, huh.

Matt Prater's new four-year deal is for $13M, and includes a $3 million signing bonus. He's now the 5th highest paid kicker in the NFL.
