Saints coach Sean Payton said Friday that are ways for QB Drew Brees, the Super Bowl MVP, to improve. "There are some things he can work on pertaining to helping in the run game, the various packages that we have in ... a (throwing) mechanics standpoint that he'll look closely at," Payton said. Brees said the Saints need to avoid falling into the Super Bowl pitfall after being crowned champions last year. "I think the big thing is that human nature is to relax a little bit or feel like we've arrived or feel like we're there and take the approach of not needing to get better every day," he said, adding that the time for celebrating is over. "It's time. This is our window of opportunity, and I'd be very disappointed if we didn't take advantage of it because you just never know when opportunities like this will ever come again."

Analysis: We're glad to see Brees motivated for another big year in 2010. He enters this season again as a No. 1 Fantasy QB, and he should be considered a Top 3 player at his position. He plays in a pass-happy offense and has proven his worth to Fantasy owners the past two years. We like Brees as a potential first-round pick in all leagues, and he could even be considered a Top 10 selection in leagues that reward six points for all touchdowns.
