The incident began around 5 a.m. Nov. 14 at Fort Lauderdale International Airport and was resolved at a Port Everglades security check point hours later.

From what i heard there was a misunderstanding with him understanding the cab drivers accent. It is hard to understand people in North Cuba uh i mean South Florida if you only speak English

The deeper story says that Marshall fell asleep in the car and when the driver wanted to be paid he refused.
