I know it's the first preseason game, but he looks trimmer and quicker. Was running lower too. I may have to reevaluate my opinion of this signing. Didn't think he would even make the team, but he could be a nice piece the way he looks now.

Plus Alex didn't look like a deer in the headlights either. There may be hope............

He looks like a different player compared to preseason last year. I know, I know, it's preseason, but he looked so clueless last year. Threw a really nice pass to Jenkins while on the run.

Nice to have hope for the Niner QB position moving forward............
