(RotoWire) Jackson has agreed to a two-year contract with the Browns, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN. Analysis: Assuming he works his way into the backfield rotation, Jackson could provide a nice change of pace to starter Peyton Hillis, a bruising downhill runner. Jackson filled the third-down role with the Packers last year, honing his pass blocking and catching abilities.

Depth move. Hardesty is supposed to be fully healthy so I can't see Jackson getting many carries.

Jackson is a perfect fit for this Holmgren schemed offense, and will compliment Hillis nicely. Anything they get from hardesty in the form of power running will be gravy. Don't sleep on the big versatile fullback they drafted!!! ( Owen Marecic, Cleveland Browns, NFL - CBSSports.com Football) Fullbacks are key in this offense. I am really kind of stoked to have swapped out Sanchez for McCoy now. I did it in the Lair for bye week purposes and Sarge didn't even let the ink dry. I don't think I downgraded offensively, but only time will tell. The Browns also re-signed the TE who led the league last season in yards per reception. (Evan Moore)

Cleveland Browns restricted free-agent TE Evan Moore said he will sign his one-year tender offer that is worth just under $2 million.

I like what I'm seeing in Cleveland. Big versatile pieces are being added all over the offense. They also drafted 6'5" 250 pound Cameron Jordan from USC.
