Boise bounced in OT

WOW, what a game this looked to have been. I only caught the highlights this morning but man, hell of a comeback by the wolfpack. Out of all the scenario's you could have thought of, it is a KICKER....yes a KICKER who ruined the Boise run. Missing not one, but TWO chip shots at the end. The throw and catch to get Boise to the 9 with a sec left was amazing, only to miss the kick, unbelievable.

This knocks Boise out of not just the title conversation, but out of the BCS bowl talk. This creates a lot of interesting scenario's that will play out between today and next Saturday.

The 2 biggest winners may just be TCU and Stanford. TCU is now first in line if someone falters above. Stanford now stands a good shot of moving into the top 4 which will gaurentee them an at large bid and takes the money grab decision out of it that could have left them at home. It also opens up a third confrence (B10, P10, SEC) to get a 2nd team, if Boise won out it could have left one of those teams out.

That was by far the best game i have seen in a long long time. The way Nevada came back to win it after being down by 3 scores was unbelieveble.

Yeah i was disappointed in Bama for that. Cant see how they can be up 24-0 in 2nd qtr and still lose it. The way it seemed was Auburn didnt win it but more like Bama lost it and gave it away to them. Oklahoma v Oklahoma St might be the game of the day today i think.

Oh yeah forgot that one. That one will be tough fr either team to win. Still hope next week SC can beat Auburn in the title game. If things go as they are now and its Oregon v Auburn for the title, then i'm thinking Oregon will blow them out badly and it will be a boring game thus bringing up the what if it was Oregon v TCU instead. Each and every year as teams get better and compitition heats up there is more needs for a playoff system.

Auburn will make a mockery out of Oregon as would Bama and even LSU. No different than most of the BCS Championship games the SEC rules.

Good game yesterday , LSU/ARK, both teams looking good. Almost a shame one had to lose. First time i have seen that ARK QB, Mallett , play. Damn he can play.

I still dont believe in Auburn or Bama. Not as good as their ranking i think. Auburn is 1 player and Bama is overrated. Oregon would and will crush either. Yes i am a SEC fan and do think its the overall best conference but this year its not the powerhouse of years past.

LSU/Arkansas both played there hearts out and played about as well as you can. Arkansas just looked like they were in a league of there own , running on all cylanders. Don't think anybody could have beat them saturday the way they played.

If Auburn beats S Carolina as expected the Sugar will have it's choice of SEC schools and will take an Arkansas team that is higher ranked in the BCS poll over LSU. There's no rule that says they couldn't take LSU but they won't.

Still have hope that SC beats Auburn. It was a close game when they played earlier in the season which SC actually was leading but couldnt hold on and lost it. So they have confidence that they can win against Auburn. Hope the pressure of the game doesnt effect SC being its their first time playing for the SEC championship. Spurrier has that team beleiving in themselves right now so hope he can work wonders and pull it off. As a coach he's been there many times before so maybe he can keep his team loose. This is my last hope to see Auburn go down and not make it to the championship game.

And even more far fetched is i am hoping that Oregon state beats Oregon. Either way, i would like to see TCU in the big game.
