NBC Sports reports there is a rumor out there that Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger was golfing in Columbus, Ohio, and urinated on the course. The complicating factor in this case arose from the fact (supposedly) that a woman witnessed the incident, that she complained about it, and that she now wants to press charges. A source close to Roethlisberger stated that he was indeed golfing in Columbus, Ohio but that another member of his foursome peed under a tree, prompting a complaint from a woman. Per the source, Roethlisberger got involved and helped to calm the woman down.

Okay, maybe this is just me...but so what?

I help run a charity golf scramble here in Oh for our church. It is pretty standard practice for some to just let fly in the trees when they are golfing. Not that I agree with it...but it isn't like being purposefully depraved or anything.

this is just a waste of time if you ask me.

While a man in his situation should be extra careful, I agree with you. Now I don't know how this was done, but I don't know too many guys who have not done this....

We've all done it but only a few have had the misfortune of being caught. Plain and simple it is against the law.

When your pecker has you on suspension one would think you'd have the good sense to not get caught flashing the darn thing. Maybe Ben should just have the thing removed and perhaps his problems would simply vanish.

yeah seriously.

I saw someones butt and penis this weekend wasn't offended at all. We were all drinking it was an all day event he had to go. Its not like Ive never seen butts and penis before.

I understand what you're saying Nikki.

I have a friend that was busted for this very thing. He was charged and convicted of indecent exposure. It isn't a pretty charge and it sticks to your record. Of course it pales in comparrison to a couple of allogations of rape but the fact is it's against the law and there's no getting around that. If he is indeed guilty it shows me that at the very least he is a poor decision maker when it comes to his use of his private parts.

  • The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports police in Dublin, Ohio, today confirmed they investigated a complaint that a member of a golfing foursome that included Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger was caught urinating behind a tree bordering the prestigious Muirfield Village Golf Club. Dublin police said they did not issue any citations. The female property owner didn't want to press charges. Roethlisberger was not the person seen urinating Thursday afternoon between the 17th and 18th holes and the country club agreed to handle the matter by reminding members to use restrooms, according to the police. "We received a call that said a member of the party urinated on private property," said Dublin police spokesman David Ball. "We spoke to the golf course and they agreed to discuss this issue internally with their members." Police didn't interview the foursome — friends from Roethlisberger's hometown of Findlay, Ohio — and they played through the 18 holes.
