Best site to start a dynasty league

I am thinking of starting a dynasty league next year. What are your opinions on the best site to host a dynasty league? I would prefer not to have to pay a fee each year for the league.

Best site is MFL...it is fairly inexpensive if you get in early...believe around $59. Split 12 ways that is about $5 per owner.

As a new dynasty league owner you have to go with MFL Norm. Its just way too much crap to manage on your own.
