Carson Palmer said Friday that his elbow is now 100 percent healthy. "I'm great. I feel great. I'm 100 percent healthy, throwing, lifting, running all that stuff," said Palmer.

This is good news, so what is his Average Draft Position currently?

What information I can find is saying 90-93rd overall, around the 8th round. I have a hard time believing Carson will be there in most leagues past the 5th.

I agree, Sarge. Once Training Camp news starts to break Palmer will rise up the charts. Those drafting in the next couple of weeks may get a real value pick.

Most definately Coach. COC will go high as he always does. Where the money will be made of the Bengals is with Palmer, Coles, and a late sleeper in Coffman.

Not sure. Coffman has P-O-T-E-N-T-I-A-L. Id love to see a camp battle emerge, as he would be a great weapon for the aerial attack up there.

Good analysis, The opportunity seems good and that is a big part of the equation. I'm going to keep my eye out for sure.

He was throwing out of a Spread. The difference in Missouri's spread vs your standard 4 WR offense was the fact he had two high quality TE's in Martin Rucker AND Chase Coffman. It allowed Missouri to work out the 3 WR set and retain a TE who could both block AND act as a 4th WR.

Palmer's ADP is 8.3 and I expect it to rise a little, but not to the 5th level. I expect him to be a solid 7 in drafts late summer. He's been fairly consistent on his ADP thus far, and I just don't see the national confidence in the Bengals offense needed for him to jump 2-3 rds in ADP.

COC is the ADP on the rise guy. He's went from a mid 5th in April to early 4th currently. He is a guy I don't expect to make it to the 4th in many leagues, a mid to late 3rd guy.

You dont think so? Im looking at Palmer as possibly being the poor man's Manning if camp goes well.

Hold me as a non-believer as of yet. The main reason being the totally revamped O-line.

They only have ONE starter coming back to his original position. Bobby Williams at RG. They will have a totally new ROT and Center. With the LG going to LOT and a new LG. Granted most have played some last year...but it will still be a whole new crew. If they can show early in pre-season they can gel....then I think Carson will skyrocket. IF not....he is a sitting duck.

Maybe I just dont know enough about the offensive line, but to me it seems in this case different is better.

True...but new doesn't always equate as better. I actually like what they are doing...especially at Center. But I think it takes a few games for them to really gel and work as a unit. Plus of the rookie holds out.....then you have a real mess at ROT.

you might, but not enough people feel the same way. 2-3 rds in a HUGE jump in ADP, takes something major to happen for a jump of that nature.
