Could they start emphasizing using the TE in the passing game?

Watson lost his starting job for part of last season to a kid. I don't know if he has anything left in the tank.

Goal is to move to WC offense that Holmgren and others use. So yes, I would think adding a TE is crucial. Shame they dealt away one of the better ones last year in Winslow Jr.
