Beast Mode shows up for mini camp

After much posturing in an attempt to force the SeaHawks to give him a new deal Lynch showed up for this week's mandatory mini camp. Reports say that he's hoping the Hawks will now negotiate in good faith since he was good enough to show up. Good luck with that Marshawn. Enjoy the great Northwest while you can.

Pretty sure he has 2 years left, is 29 and has over 1000 touches last 3 years.

They have Michaels and the guy playing FB right now in the wings. They also have half a dozen guys on rookie contracts that are going to be getting some pretty good contracts over the next couple years

His contract the next 2 years is fairly cap friendly I think. I look to see his touches getting reduced by 25 to 30% this year and maybe even more the following year if he is still in Seattle. Look for him to be moving on either by trade or FA after this season. Time to sell HIGH in dynasty/keeper formats

I think that next year they can opt out of the contract, or not pay the total and cap hit is minimal, all talk is he is probably gone next year since he still wants big money
