This is my favored pick for the job so far. Made Orton ook like a pro bowler... then Tebow to the playoffs and through the steel curtain. Then next year yet another new system. Has proven flexible and able to use his QB strengths to his team's advantage. I would dig this hire for sure. He is also going to see Colts OC Bruce Arians in the near future. I gotta think this would be a decent pickup too. I'm still for McCoy thusfar however, even over a john gruden (and definitely jay)... If there were a Cowher/Dungee/Billick sightning, however... Although Dungee is done for good, and likely Cowher as well, I might take Billick over McCoy... any thoughts? Am I reading too much into the McCoy chameleonic system?
