Is this a joke? Have y'all heard this news?

rotoworld:
Forecasters are calling for a tropical storm to hit the Bay Area this weekend, bringing an 80 percent chance of rain Sunday accompanied by 30- to 35-mph winds with gusts to 45.
"What are they calling it? The Pineapple Express?" Browns coach Pat Shurmur asked. "I guess that's a fancy name for a storm." It's expected to be raining all day by the time Sunday's game starts. The conditions could certainly affect offensive output. The Browns will find out if Trent Richardson is a "mudder."

You certainly need to consider players involved in the passing game for these two teams.

If you are using any cleveland player other than Richardson, you are desperate anyway. As for Oakland, good thing McFadden is due back...but will he play if field conditions are that bad?

Great point PhiCin. In weather like that they'd be asking for a setback putting him on a rain soaked field. It really doesn't sound like he's going to be the lead RB anyway so I wouldn't plan on playing him.

I'm not finding any info on dreadful weather in Oakland.

There is a wind advisory until 10 am Sunday and a fair chance of rain but no tropical storm, per se.

Still gonna be sloppy.

Im about 15-20 miles from Oakland and its raining heavy and very windy here in Fremont.

Does it really matter ?? Unless your starting RB M.Reece, he's the only Raider worthy of fantasy consideration.
