A WR1 on a team with a bad defense is usually a recipe for good things.

But between a knee that has been an issue for months, and what is likely a parade of inexperienced QBs to throw to him, I need a reality check.

Is this guy worth rostering?

Idon't hink he offers you a guy you would start as a #1, or #2 week to week. He might qualify as a #3 situational/bye/inj type guy....WHEN he is healthy.

guess it depends on how deep the league is and who you can pick up. I don't think it's automatic, but in most leagues I'd say he's still worth a roster spot. In ESPN's fantasy leagues he is owned in 70% of them, down 9% this week. So more and more are wrestling with this thought each week.

How about for someone like a Chaz Schilens or a Lance Moore? Both coming off injuries themselves, but not as unpredictable as a knee (he could get better or land on IR), and in the case of Moore he has a much better QB.

Bryant (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Philadelphia, the St. Petersburg Times reports. Analysis: Bryant was able to participate on a limited basis in all three practices this week. Despite being listed as questionable, he's expected to play Sunday.

Sounds like he should play this week but doesn't sound like you should play him.

I love the gamble on Moore. The Qb has been silent for 2 weeks but we know what Brees can do. They get a bye to all get healthy and then they are off. schilens gives you no more than bryant.

Moore has the upside, but has been non-existent so far this year due to injury. Not sure what to think about him.

As long as Russel is the QB in Oakland, I'm not touching an Oakland receiver.

I picked up Bryant due to Hester and Colston being on Bye in one of my leagues. He is about 60% owned. I didn't see him play last week, but reports were he looked healthy so I am not going to hold the injury against him. He is the #1 there and is very talented (just watch the highlight tape). At this point though I think he is a servicable #3 with upside.
