I will say that depends on scoring.
Although, I think this is the first year in a long time that I take a Qb in the first round, especially if I am in the latter half of it.
But my 4-10 would probably be:
Megatron
Jones-Drew(assuming he plays)
Rodgers
Peterson
Brees
Welker(in ppr especially)
Cruz
Jordy Nelson

I still have to jam McFadden in there somewhere. Oh, sure, I've been burnt like others, but -BUT- his numbers when healthy are amazing, due in no small part to his contributions in the passing game. The team as a whole is continuing in the right direction and Palmer has a another year in the system.
