6 pts TD, 1 pt 10 yards, 1 ppr for WR
6 pts TD, 1 pt 10 yards, 1/2 ppr for RB
4 pts TD, 1 pt 25 yards QB
Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR), K, Def
I pick 5th out of 12.
In the league I draft in tomorrow, I was a new guy last year and ran a strategy of drafting two WR at the turn of the first/second round and did very well. This year there are several people that are going to run with the 2 WR picks for their first two because of this.
I'm a firm believer in STARTING runs and not finishing them. There are 3 RBs I would take if they were there first (Adrian, Forte, Jones-Drew) and possibly Turner. Those are my Tier 1 RBs. After that I think there are enough Tier 2 RBs that there should be one left for me. However, there are 3 Tier 1 WRs (Fitz, Moss, A. Johnson).
I assume 3 QBs go in the first 20 picks, leaving 17 picks, two of which are mine. I have a strong feeling that there will be 7 WRs taken between my two picks based off of starting a run and some people wanting to either make sure they get a WR or possibly even grab 2 because of my success. So 11 non-RBs go before my second pick at 20. Now getting what I would consider the number 1 WR and the number 7 to 9 RB. Seems like a no brainer to me, anyone have thoughts?
