I have Green but want Nelson as I feel he's going to be a solid Target for Rodgers. The person having Nelson is cool with the trade. I feel this is a clutch trade for me. Opinions?

Before game 1 I thought Nelson could see a reduced roll with Finely back but now I have a different view. I'd dew dis tarde.

Keep in mind, this was just one week. We tend to be prisoners of the last thing that happened in F.F. I know I am guilty. Finley and Nelson could flop stats depending on the matchups (much like Saints Receivers do). The Saints DEF was keying on Finley most of the night ... as a result Nelson got some 1 on 1 coverage which padded his stats(especially that sideline catch). As far as the TD, he was just open...I would not completely overevaluate Nelson on this one game, but it does show that James Jones is likely the odd man out.
In terms of the trade Nelson has more upside than Green. Dalton has looked HORRIBLE in the off season with overthrows so it may take a season or two for Green to get in sync...and who knows...there may even be a QB change in Cincy if they start off terrible.
Side note: I picked up CLEVELAND Def for the sole purpose of hitting the Bengals this week.
