Steelers WR Markus Wheaton (broken finger) has been ruled out for Week 6.

Titans coach Mike Munchak said Kenny Britt's playing time will be reduced going forward.

A team "source" says Gronk will likely be back this week vs the Saints.

Julio Jones MAY be out for the rest of the season.

rotoworld,

Calvin Johnson (knee) is participating in individual drills Thursday.
Per beat writer Dave Birkett, Johnson was "very limited" and sporting a brace on his right knee. He did not even do skeleton offense, exclusively doing position drills. The return to some activity is certainly a good sign, but not much has changed on Megatron's Week 6 status. He's going to be a true game-time call ahead of the 1pm game at Cleveland.

rotoworld,

A source close to Adrian Peterson confirmed to Profootballtalk that Peterson is dealing with a "tragic" personal situation in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
On Thursday, the Argus Leader reported that Peterson remained in Sioux Falls "dealing with a medical issue involving a young family member that likely will be a police matter" and that is a "very serious" health situation. No other details are known at the moment.

Profootballtalk reports Rob Gronkowski (back, forearm) has yet to be cleared for Week 6 and there's now "less optimism" that will happen.

Pet Carroll says it's not realistic to expect Harvin back week seven.

Thanks PhiCin. I had not heard that. No mention yet of him maybe missing the game but I have to wonder. Prayers said for the youngsters full recovery.

Update from rotoworld,

Adrian Peterson is back with the Vikings and will practice Friday.
Peterson spent Thursday in Sioux Falls, South Dakota tending to a "tragic" family matter. His two-year-old son was reportedly in critical condition after being severely beaten by the boyfriend of the child's mother Wednesday night. Hopefully, Peterson's return signals that his son is doing much better.

Growing concern over the surgically repaired forearm of Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski could keep him out of the game Sunday against New Orleans and perhaps longer, according to WEEI.com.
The site is claiming that family members suspect the forearm could have healed better on its own, but that the team recommended surgery to hasten his return to the field. It further claimed that the Patriots expected Gronkowski to play in Week 3 against Tampa Bay. He has yet to play this season.
A source told WEEI that there is "serious concern" about the integrity of the bone where an implement was placed during surgery, as well as the surrounding nerves.
