And a new era begins

The shared cover of Madden NFL 10, which arrives in stores Aug. 14, has something for everyone: Polamalu is a defensive AFC player and Fitzgerald an offensive NFC player.
Both played in last season's Super Bowl, which the Steelers won in a 27-23 nail-biter. Both athletes are known for their long, helmet-defying hair.

Fitz gets the double whammy with the Superbowl loser curse

why is that hilarious? isnt that sort of the point? plus hes clearly the best receiver in the league right now.

maybe people will see this and talk themselves out of burning a 1st round fantasy pick on the guy. i doubt it. bust waiting to happen, and this just "confirms" it.

You're not one much for irony, are you? It's hilarious that a condemned player is rated as the best receiver in the game. It might be true for however many games he plays before he falls to the curse, but it's guaranteed not to last.

Has anyone beat the curse? Could Fitz be the first? Maybe the curse can only effect one player a year and will find it easier to prey on Troy P???

Has anyone beat the curse? (post hoc ergo propter hoc)

Are you cereal?

Everyone beats the curse.

dude! Sometimes it rains after you wash your car.

If that is anything less than a fallacy, please, wash your car in the desert, every day.
