Clemson's C.J. Spiller garnered 16 first-place votes among 19 NFL scouts and executives asked to rank their favorite running backs heading into the draft. Analysis: Ryan Mathews collected the other three votes, finishing with 72 total points to 92 for Spiller. Javid Best (51), Toby Gerhart (32), and Montario Hardesty (18) rounded out the top five, with Jonathan Dwyer (11) still sinking. "None of them will be O.J. Simpson," one NFC personnel executive said. "It's a marginal group of running backs."
