NFL Rumors, News and in/out - NFL owners meeting pre-draft

Where are you guys taking Bijan in your fantasy drafts. Is taking Bijan in the first round a stretch without yet knowing the team he will play for?

NFL Rumors, News and in/out - NFL owners meeting pre-draft

What's the bigger issue with teams and Lamar is it the first round picks they have to give back or the contract? If they knew they could sign him to say a Pat Mahomes or Josh Allen type deal where it's a lot of cash but has some flexibility would teams give up the picks? Seems like Lamar is...

Also veteran presence at wr in gb has been a lot of the problem. They keep relying on these over the hill vets, let the rookies play and learn. With Love and Watson and Doubs, there is a lot to like with letting them grow into their roles. I think if anything they ought to think about taking a...

NFL Rumors, News and in/out - NFL owners meeting pre-draft

Hmmm. Don't the Ravens seem like a horrible fit for OBJ? If he doesn't get the ball he is going to be a distraction and the Ravens aren't exactly the model of stability at QB at the moment. They do need receivers no doubt but I'm not sure OBJ is the right one for them even if they have Lamar but...

Agree it's a mystery. I think he would be huge for several teams it just becomes a matter of if someone is willing to spend an early pick on a Rb. As far as talent he is a top 10 talent in this draft.

NFL Rumors, News and in/out - NFL owners meeting pre-draft

Is it possible Mack Jones to Baltimore without Lamar coming back? That at least gives the Ravens a QB to start the season and if the Patriots are serious about moving to Zappe it doesn't make much sense to have Mack on the roster as a backup. Just creates unneeded drama. Personally think the...

NFL Rumors, News and in/out - NFL owners meeting pre-draft

More than one Thursday game? I thought they said they were about safety. By the way I hate the Thursday games. I guess the idea is they will flex good matchups in on Thursday so they don't have two terrible teams playing, but I also think a big part of why the football was terrible is the short...

Where do we put the Saints on the list of Super Bowl Contenders now that they have reconstructed the Derek Carr to Bryan Edwards connection?

NFL Rumors, News and in/out - NFL owners meeting pre-draft

Patriots are one team I'm lukewarm on acquiring Lamar. On the one hand they have a very good defense and a hall of fame coach, on the other their Cam experiment went so poorly. Granted Cam was on the downside of his career, but a run first QB doesn't seem like an ideal fit for the Patriots...

Isaiah Mckenzie feels like a good pickup for someone that needs a third wr. I thought he was fairly productive when they threw his way.

To some degree I don't necessarily agree with the devaluing of rbs in the draft. I get it that that position can get filled later and teams want to use high picks on harder to fill positions, but I almost feel like the draft is the best place to take an rb, get someone top of the line without...

Likely takes Dallas out of the obj business. Okay with the deal. Not a home run but adds another capable target and hopefully if he still retains his speed adds a deep threat to loosen up defenses. Feels like they could have kept Amari Cooper but I guess Cooks is cheaper. Feels like this...

    Eric Bieniemy rant

Just seeing that the Commanders signed a couple offensive lineman this off-season. Ok will upgrade the offense so it's a bit below average situation. It's a tough division though with Eagles and Cowboys as powerhouses and a Giants team that's improved.

    Eric Bieniemy rant

They have a bottom third offensive line, 2 undersized but nevertheless good receivers and rb depth feels like something you say when you don't have a top tier guy. They do have a good defense. Terrible ownership. It's definitely feels like a tough job to me, yes that's my opinion. Nevertheless...

    Eric Bieniemy rant

Also feels like he is putting himself in a very difficult situation in order to try and get an opportunity later. That Redskins offense coordinator position is a terribly tough job. With an unsettled QB situation and terrible ownership not to mention mediocre offensive talent outside of McLauren.
