Ohio State vs ND

Classic game. Big 4th down and 3&19 conversion with seconds left on the final drive.

The game seemed like ND was dominating, moving the ball at will. ND probably deserved that game more than Ohio State.

I'm not buying the Henderson hype, he reminds my of Lydell Ross from the early 2000s. Lots of speed and looks like a beast but he goes down easy and rarely breaks a tackle.

Gotta have all 11 on the field for the last 2 plays for ND. That just can not happen. ESPECIALLY TWICE IN A ROW

Today is the best game I've seen Henderson play. He still didn't break many tackles, but did break a few. I knew he was fast but today he ran with an extra gear when he got into open space.

Rematch. Both teams are better than last year, it should be a good game.

ND will probably use a similar defensive strategy as Texas did, play two safeties deep to prevent the big plays and try to keep everything in front of them.

No shade intended but this had to be one of the least "hyped" national title games in my lifetime.

Normally you can't escape the coverage and people talking about it but I saw next to nothing almost all week.

It's like it was an afterthought.

I don’t disagree, the media doesn’t know how to handle a SEC free title game

Two reasons:

Both teams being located in the same geographic area doesn’t generate the same broad level of interest as say a team from the Midwest or California playing a team from the south.

Another reason is competing with the NFL. There were some quality divisional round games this past weekend.

All in all I thought the CFB playoffs were a success. The Texas AZ State game was my favorite.
